Wheat-free Wraps are a great staple. Make a batch on the weekend and keep them in an airtight container for adults and kids lunch boxes throughout the week. Handy for quick snacks… just fill with your favourite salad and veggies. No calories to count either!!

No dehydrator? No problem… just turn on your fan oven to the lowest setting (50c) and HALVE the drying time. Dehydrating foods simply removes most of the moisture and keeps all the nutrients intact.
