RAWHq Class of 210212-Beautiful !!

Our ability to ramp up knowledge and wisdom ‘inflow’ is growing exponentially. RAW and LIVE foods wisdom is part of this process which in some cases is happening to people almost spontaneously. Some are waking in the morning with a clear vision of what they feel they need to NOW put into their bodies simply because they have a greater sense of knowing.

Whilst I am in the process of creating a new and efficient way for you to tap into my RAW food knowledge using social media and ‘quick to access’ YouTube videos, I am still running my small group classes.

Feedback at the personal level remains amazing.  Just by putting new RAW food options in front of people their body’s are responding first and for most. The sensual relationship with the RAW plant food is heightened as their combined senses (see, smell and feel) kick in.

Here’s the menu for this week’s class:-

Lime-onade (main pic) – using peeled fresh limes, a splash of  RAW lime juice concentrate, a handful of fresh mint, and a dash of agave and coconut palm sugar to taste. Place on high in your Vitamix or smoothie blender.  This is a nourishing and uplifting morning smoothie or when you just need re-hydrating summer or winter.

Fresh tomatoes filed with diced cucumber and covered with cashew cream mayonnaise – cashew cream, tahini ,red bell pepper, lime juice and seasoning.

 

 Zucchini spaghetti with rich tomato sauce – RAW tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, red bell pepper, olives and herbs, a caper flower or two, a small clove of garlic, dash of macadamia or olive oil.  Blend until course.

The tastes derived from preparing RAW food in a manner which accentuates the wonderful virtues of the vegetable can be amazing. Here is testament to this from Simon, a class participant.

And the proof of the pudding….

 …a mango and banana ice cream smothered in a RAW caramel sauce. Something definitely worth living and loving for.
