In these times when most of you are finding ways to just stay on task, in focus and on track, I seem to be venturing further away from regularity and mundainity and into seemingly uncharted waters. For me there is a force within which creatively motivates me into a space of beauty and colour.
Breaking my nightly fast recently became a ‘fanfare of fruity beauty’ – Almond Milk Berry Cacao Shake.
Its got a few goodies in it which were deliberately selected on my behalf but using a base of almond milk, mixed berries and banana for that lovely creamy texture, cacao, vanilla and a dash of salt. Using Asian vegetables as part of your natural vegetable intake is something you can think about and act upon. They are versatile, usually very green and usually very tasty, even in their natural state. So below I put together for you an amazing vegetable salad sitting in Bok Choy leaves along with a beautiful dressing and a fabulous Almond nut cheese with sundried tomatoes and olives and rolled in hemp seed.
