Red Daikon Radish ideal as is in salads or used in Japanese style RAW Vegetable California Rolls. I have also cured it in my ‘ownmade’ apple cider vinegar to make a form of Kimchi.
I am very lucky! I am grateful for everything which comes to my plate each day.
I somehow wonder why there is such a perceived ‘lack’ of food on this planet. Perhaps it has something to do with $$$$$ and control. What do you feel about this ??
I have chosen to live this lifetime in a most amazing part of the world – a part which is wonderfully abundant and rich in fruit and vegetable providence. Every weekend I go to the Farmers Market to sell my www.ilifefoods.com range of vegetable and fruit supercell foods and whilst there I have the pleasure of shopping for my RAW food needs. I am also very lucky to know ALL of the growers and producers and sometimes I am given the most amazing produce to work with.
This is what I came home with today. Check out this wee video which I threw together to give you a snapshot. I promise to make the next video from the market a little shorter.
Each week there are surprises. look out for these.
I hope you have enjoyed this wee snapshot of my ‘bring-home’ from the Market. Next I’ll take you into my Noosa Farmers Market to have a closer look. Would you enjoy that ?
My series of RAW video recipes is coming together nicely. If you’d like to be a party to this extravaganza then please by all means sigh up for notifications in the box up to the right of this page.
