This weekend, the 31st Queensland Garden Expo takes place at the Showgrounds in Nambour.
It’s an honour for me to be able to speak to the general public on 3 separate occasions over the 3 days that the festival takes place.

Also teaming up again on the Gardeners and Gourmets stage are Dominique Liv Kamal from The Medicineroom Naturopathic Herbal Dispensary. Dominique was announced The Australian Herbalist of the Year from National Herbalist Association of Australia.
Noel Burdette and Valerie Rence, celebrating a Sri-Lankan way of spice. Join the pair as they whip up a delicious meal that anyone can prepare fresh from the garden. They will be joined by Dawn Couchman from Easy Cheesy, demonstrating how to make your own lime ricotta cheese, and May King Tsang discussing Tea and herbals and their health benefits.
