Kelp And Kale Salad Turns The RAW Protein Bar On It's Head !

Most people who begin to suffer from chronic illness or diagnosed with ‘a Concentration of nonaligned Cells’, have left things too late. Many I talk with across all age groups, only begin to change their diet to support daily good health, ‘after the horse has bolted’.

Everywhere there is a ‘devil may care’, in fact cavalierish, attitude toward daily health – until things start going wrong inside the body. This need not be the case. START NOW-TODAY -by taking small steps toward getting more LIVE and NATURAL food into your diet.

How many times do I say this ‘What you eat becomes your blood’ ? Its a fact! Snacks are the main offenders followed by the contents of your plate at the evening meal. Check out my RAW meal last night – Kelp and Kale salad . Vitamins and minerals in both and heaps of protein in the kale. If you examine the image closely you will also see a few other goodies in there – red bell pepper, spring onion and leek.  I made up a simple and easy RAW sweet and sour sauce which by the way is available inside my RAW Food Video offering which can be downloaded HERE.

Many people who really have a strong desire to CHANGE the food they are eating enabling them to meaningfully support  their day to day health are frightened by what they may have to give up. Well let me assure you that you ‘buy’ new health with the investment in the courage you find to change –  there are beautiful RAW alternatives like my new SuperDooperProteinExciterBar – don’t you love the names of some of the commercially produced protein bars containing all sorts of whacky ingredients – remember I don’t have a need for any dairy or wheat or grains anymore – just clean and LIVE!

Here are the contents of my bar – feel free to play around –  almonds, pumpkin seed, pecans, flaxmeal, dates, raisins, cacao powder, coconut oil. Blend the lot together and add more sweetener should you desire in the form of coconut palm nectar or agave. Press into a flat bottom tray and place in the fridge for a few hours. I lined the bottom of my tray with glad wrap and when it was set, just flipped it over and sliced off squares. As I write this I am eating a small square and it feels GOOD!!!

The best advice I gave myself when introducing more LIVE and NATURAL food to my body – Don’t Panic!! Take small steps and build up your repertoire of recipe ideas. My goal is simple – I am living towards a long, happy and pain free life. This is happening now for me. I am not waiting for anything.
