Love it or loathe it, Cauliflower is good for you. It’s full of beautiful nourishment and is also very partial to ’embellishment’.
I figured this would be a sophisticated yet simple plate for a corporate ‘sit-down’ – RAW Curried Cauliflower with Turnip and Corn Rice and lots of ‘splashings’ of mint leaf to add a mildly different taste. Something to ‘rock their little socks off’ !
