Recipe 2 – Sunny Seed Bread




For a start I want to say that I didn’t know it could be so easy to lose 10kgs almost overnight. My mind is so much clearer and I have much much more energy now than before when I was eating essentially ‘dead food’. The amazing news is that my husband has stopped snacking on rubbish with the consequence that he is loosing weight. Thank you Scott for helping to open my eyes and heart to raw Live and fresh food for LIFE!!’

    I’ll have a go. How long in the oven and if it has a fan do we leave the fan off or on??

    • A fan forced oven set at 50C and no more with the door open is very efficient 4-6 hours but I say check a couple of hours in and turn the bread over so that the bottom gets done too…in a dehydrator 12 hours at 110F and turn after 4-5hrs..I usually put my bread on at 4.00pm and turn over at nine and leave in my dehydrator overnight…I hope this helps..note that all ovens have their own personalities…experiement with fan on or fan off too…
