Hi Scott, thanks so much for this recipe. I’m converting to nut milk as I find cows milk just to ‘claggy’ and coats my tongue. I did find goats milk much more palatable but I just love the idea of a nut milk. Just one question, if I may. Why do you throw away the water that the nuts are soaked in? I’m just thinking that you might be throwing away some of the goodness from the nuts. Thanks you friend. Grace
