Raw Garlic Mayo to Live For!

A delicious raw/vegan alternative GARLIC MAYONNAISE
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Cashew Nuts (Soak the nuts overnight and pour off the soaking water before blending)
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Good Splash of Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp Desert Salt
  • 1 Good Grind of Pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all the above but hold back on some of the water and add to the composition as you go so you can arrive at a mayo consistency.
  2. This will last a week or so in the fridge in a sealed jar. It's very handy to give your favourite salad an added zing!!
