As I disconnect from time my body connects with RAW!!

Here is a Dragon Fruit which is a member of the Cacti family. They are either red or white inside.

In the last few hours I have taken the following RAW food into my being – alive and vibrant and so so complete. The ingredients for this smoothie which I made when I returned from my market duties this afternoon ALL came from the Noosa Farmers Market – new season’s Ruby Grapefruit, Water Melon and Dragon Fruit. Blend in unequal proportions for an amazing taste experience!!

My weekends are not weekends. They are the blur between Fridays and Mondays. I can’t help it being like this. I feel sorry and have a lot of compassion for my Saturdays and Sundays. I know most other people are ‘stuck’ in the Monday to Friday regime of work and participating in the dogma of allegiance to ‘other controlling forces’.

I Am free to choose to blur the ancient distinction between days. They appear as ‘all one’ to me now. I am occupied between all sunrises and sunsets and all moons which come and go. All the time and every moment, the notion of a week and weekends has become no-thing.

My food is now merged into this same realm of ‘non-compliance with history’. I am experiencing ‘new-ness’ not influenced by anything other than my heartfelt desire to expand my awareness and understanding for the emergence of something very different. Letting go to allowing new ways and thoughts into my heart and mind has been the key.

Releasing the fetters which have held the ankles of my mind like lead balls into a space ‘conferred’ upon me by previous generations all of whom have wanted to ‘find themselves’ in the mire of confusion. This has been good because without their questioning – my grandfather’s and mothers , their grandfathers and mothers – and so on back down the line – I pay homage and offer thanks. Thank you for wondering and never giving up on the process of questioning the purpose for your being.

Tonight for my late snack I opted for a simple salad with a small difference, I threw in some activated Buckwheat kernels. These had been soaked overnight to release the enzyme inhibitor and activate the ‘life force’ in the seed. After rinsing I placed them in the dehydrator for an hour or so to dry them out to become wee crunchy pops ideal for snacking on on adding a protein component to my salad.

Just perfect!! Kale, Spinach and Romain Lettuce salad with a few accoutrement. The activated Buckwheat is so lovely and crunchy.

Simple RAW and yet so GOOD for the body and soul.
