Activated Wild Rice v Activate Your Imagination

Where is the imagination gone in this world? I think it’s time to think outside of the sphere and create a world which is 100% peace loving and filled with compassion and care. Do you agree? So….this requires thinking and feeling things through on many fronts including the food you eat.

I earnestly feel RAW plant based food rich in solar phytonutrients should be top of the list. It is for me and a growing number of people looking to ‘change’ the world they live in. Simple yet nutritionally effective plant foods seasoned to expand the flavours of their natural elements not only send the taste buds into overdrive but also fill the cellular body with 100% rich life promoting nutrients. What more could you ask for?

Luncheon today for a guest last talked with 26 years ago. What a pleasure. Activated Wild Rice with Arugula (Rocket)  and Sweet Bok Choy with Apple and Kale Dukkah Salads. Often I am asked for the recipe for such simple dishes. Time to activate the imagination and here is a tip. Look carefully and ‘detect the ingredients’ and have a go at changing your world a step at a time.

Try the activated Wild Rice which isn’t technically a rice but more like a seed which when soaked expands and in some cases opens up entirely over 24hrs. I don’t eat white or brown rice.

This is a great post, I think you should turn it into a 2 or 3 part series.
