Since I was a young kid around 9yrs old, my body rejected a lot of what I ate and I lived with acid reflux for 45 painful years. Even though I was eating mostly vegetables, I still couldn’t keep my food down.
It was painful and embarrassing, yet I carried on regardless thinking there was nothing I could do about it. In those days 1960’s, acid reflux was called spontaneous vomit, so you can imagine what that was like 🤮

I’m going to reinforce my belief in the many, many benefits of eating a WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED DIET, and to encourage and show you how to maintain alkalinity in your body and keep your healthy.
For me, there was also the need to rectify the problem and I learned that the papain enzymes in unripe mature papayas helps break down proteins (plant and animal) in the gut and kills of parasites. I found some Green Papaya Powder online and the first day I took it, I was able to sleep lying down.
